In the research domain, since 2022, she has been a member of the Simulation and Scenario Laboratory – Maritime-Naval Impact Trends (TIMaN/EGN), contributing to studies on strategic scenarios and regulatory trends in the maritime sector. Her academic credentials include a master’s degree in business law from Unisinos (2018) and an international specialisation from the University of California, Berkeley Law (Professional Legal Education, 2017). Additionally, she holds postgraduate degrees in Business Law (LL.M, Unisinos), Environmental Law (PUCRS), and Real Estate Law (CESUSC), as well as Judicial Training Course for the Labour Court (FEMARGS).
Fluent in English, she combines technical expertise with strategic legal consulting and legal proceedings, specialising in civil liability, representation in administrative proceedings before the Maritime Court, and dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration. Her commitment to specialised legal practice has led to active participation in various institutional forums, including the Brazilian Maritime Law Association (ABDM) and several committees of the OAB/RS, focusing on Maritime, Port, Customs, and Inland Waterway Law (CEDMPAH), Arbitration (CEA), and Corporate Law (CEAC).”
She holds the position of Regional Director in Rio Grande do Sul for the Women’s International Shipping & Trading Association (WISTA Brazil), reinforcing her commitment to female representation in the maritime and port sectors.
